Hi, It's Ron here, a.k.a. @mentalhealthceo.
For the vast majority of my life, I was anxiety's punching bag.
I would wake up every day, afraid of what life had in store for me. Afraid of new things. Afraid of meeting new people. Afraid that things would crumble at any moment.
And that's if I could get any sleep at all the night before.
Even in my bedroom, supposedly a safe space, I would still be haunted relentlessly by the specter of anxiety telling me that I would die helpless, alone and afraid.
If you've had chronic anxiety, you know what I mean.
Until one day, I decided that I would no longer be anxiety's whipping boy anymore. I wanted to overcome anxiety.
I went on a 'pilgrimage' to study all that I could about anxiety from countless books and articles about psychology and mental health.
Along the way, I realized that anxiety was also closely linked to diet, so I began delving into books about nutrition as well.
And although all of this information was helpful, it was hard to apply it in the midst of an anxious moment or panic attack.
Using what I'd learnt, I had to synthesize my own method for dealing with anxiety in the moment.
And although it took several months of experimentation to get there, I finally saw the light at the end of the tunnel.
I remember waking up one day and feeling, for the first time in my life, free and liberated.
I remember telling myself, "I'm a survivor." I felt like I could accomplish anything.
Looking back, I realized that there were several HUGE mistakes that I was making that was drastically worsening my anxiety.
These mistakes were about both the thoughts I was thinking and also the food I was eating.
This is why I created this FREE resource just for you -- to help you learn and avoid the 7 Biggest Anxiety Sins, and to teach you some strategies how to correct them.
